Basis his game on Henry and aubameyang. And fans of previous clubs say his best position is the left half space
I think if Rusyn had a problem it would be because Isidor spent time playing in Russia despite have the option to leave for free. However, it appears to be national Ukrainian flag day
Been busy working so haven't been keeping up. Has Clarke officially gone yet? What's latest on Simic?
I really don't think that KS views things like that (those tight definitions). I think the club view is more aligned with us wanting to emulate the best Klopp Liverpool teams. We'd never describe Mane and Sala as wingers in the traditional sense.
Not a chance he actually harnesses negative sentiment towards a person from France for playing sport in a country he doesn't like, too many ridiculous levels of abstraction and fundamentally unjustifiable.
Tbf, it doesn’t really add anything that article, he’s just basically reporting on Mendys quotes, but of a clickbaity headline
Wow what a **** show this thread has been to wake up to . 60 odd pages. And some true colours being shown. Anyway we all knew we needed two strikers so I don’t think Mendy or Simic coming in necessarily means Isidor is for left wing. I think Isidor will prove to be Rusyn’s replacement and another striker be Hemir’s. Mundle is likely already Clarkes replacement. Also it definitely seems to me at least that this Simic deal wasn’t as advanced as we’d hoped. He was clearly here in person but if there’s also a Serbian player doing the rounds then that’s probably the guy who had the medical.
Also a little bit disappointed to wake up to no fresh stories on Simic. I fear that one might have got away:
Point D is spot on. There is one poster in particular on here who has said this for about a year (can't remmeber who it is?). We need to let players move on when they have a chnace to go to a higher level, that way we will continue to attract more players who need the opportunity to develop themselves with first team football! If we blocked Clarke moving on others may think **** that! Instead Clarke will leave with nothing but good things to say about the club that helped him get his career back on track! As much as it pains me to see them go, it's spot on! I'm sure it's been said but if we lose Clarke but manage to keep Neil, Ballard and Patto while adding Simic or Mendy maybe even both to the business already done I think we will be stronger. Keep forgetting about Poveda is he not a winger? I'll still miss Clarke beating several players when in full flow like!
