I do wonder how much of it was Donald pushing him out to settle the Khazri debt...

Wouldn't surprise me at all.

He contacted Everton and sold our bonuses for about 100k.

Heard that from both SAFC and Everton end. We were due a sell on or bonus if he signed a new deal.

Think i'd like us to go for Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan at Reading. Not sure how popular it would be within the fanbase due to his goal return and not exactly being experienced but I really like him.

6ft4, quick, can hold the ball and is a good ball carrier. Shot monster and has good shot placement, just needs to add some consistency in front of goal. Has played a decent amount being used as a target man wide on the left (like a certain Ross Stewart was at Ross County) but has played through the middle a lot as well.

Has deficiencies, mainly his link play and just general consistency of performance but I think he'd be a good signing.
Watched the game with Birmingham earlier, he looks massive but he didn't really stand out as someone who could play as a championship striker.

According to someone on RTG he’s got info for the first time from the spurs side that we’ve submitted a loan offer for Lankshear

I wouldn’t mind him alongside a perm striker. Looks really promising and has been scoring in pre season

Yep.. but things like man management are learnt over time or certainly something you get better at over time. Empathy, something you get better at through life events. The longer you do something generally the better you’ll get at it. Would you rather have ten 21 year olds straight out of Uni running your company with no experience whatsoever or a mixture with some older heads who’ve done the job 30 years and know the ins and outs?
I think each case has to be taken on its merits, a child can show more empathy than an adult, I have seen seasoned people in my industry with no man management skills but have also dealt with 21 year old's who have that skill in abundance.
The reason I put the link to Wiki in their was to highlight that Alexander the great had conquered most of the known world by the time he was 30. Revered by his men and feared by his enemies and he was only young.
There are numerous examples of these things, my point being I believe it is a mixture of a lot of things that make great leaders including age, and wisdom as a part of that mix but not only that. A great leader can be young and come to wisdom whilst leading as they learn about themselves or the can be older and with wisdom understand what it is to be a good leader. Both points of view I guess are not mutually linked but that does not mean that either is wrong it is just perspective and how we view the players chosen, who to be fair we don't really know them as individuals apart from brief media engagements or stories.
I dont know any o

Thing is though who you gonna drop to play him alongside a perm striker

Not sure I am interested in another burstow type loan from the PL. We have enough of our own young attackers to develop.

We need experience and immediate starting striker. Mayenda and Rusyn can be the subs.
His numbers at youth level are very good mind 32 in 35 last season if where I’ve looked is accurate but aye agree, wouldn’t be enthusiastic about him being our main man, fine as an option but I want an adult upfront this season

Anyone got any random strikers you'd suggest for us to sign?
From English teams, stansfield or the iraqi lad at Ipswich would suit us, if not I’d imagine we’re scouring the likes of Holland/belgium for value couldn’t name anyone like :emoticon-0102-bigsm

On yesterday’s showing I would not be happy with Mayenda being our number 2 striker.

he himself needs a loan out to somewhere he will start.

we need two
