CB is interesting as we have numbers, Ballard, O’Nien, Seelt, Triantis, Hjielde, possibly Alese and Anderson with Johnson looking close to a breakthrough but Seelt will miss a chunk of the season, Triantis is a bit of a risk, Alese has looked better at left back, Hjielde didn’t look ready and Anderson will probably be away so I thin it should be a priority position despite the numbers.

Absolutely, of those listed it’ll only be Ballard, O’Nien & Alese that I’d be confident of putting in a good performance from the off - and Alese is an injury risk. Need more quality there unless one of the others step up.

It seemed like Willock was a done deal for coming to us. I wonder if the final say was given to Le Bris. He might have had a look at the squad and thought 'no, save that cash for a position of higher priority'.
