The terms have been agreed from what I've heard. He is just weighing it up now

It's quite simple really....as I said, he may have agreed terms with more then one team and now weighing up which to join.

You can verbally agree to more than one team there's no rule against it. It probably happens in a lot of transfers. With Davis its probably boiling down to playing time as Swansea have a pretty strict wage structure
Swansea interest has only just emerged. If we've agreed a fee and he's agreed terms with us I dunno what he's weighing up but I just don't think he's actually agreed terms with us. People are getting mixed up between Philogene and Davis.
So basically we are engaged to Davis, but not yet married. It seems he may Jilt us at the alter.
We've got his father's permission, but he hasn't said "I do" yet.
I'm not getting mixed up. The Swansea interest isn't necessarily new to him either. They were talks of him weighing up options when we were the only club publicly interested. Swansea were just likely waiting on funds from Piroe and now either Villa or his agent have leaked in order to get more money.
The Swansea interest hasn't only just emerged, but it's only just got to this stage with us and them since others have dropped out. Others may come back in but my gut says it'll be us or Swansea. The offers are pretty much identical ( unless something changes )

I get the feeling he may just go for Swansea as they have sold their striker to Leeds, and maybe he sees more game chance there than with us. I hope not, but the Swansea guy I have been in touch with feel confident they have got him. I guess TWT.
He may well be right, it'll be an interesting one to see play out... If we feel he's leaning towards them, will we improve our offer like we did with seri.

No one is getting mixed up, you just don’t seem to understand what others are saying.
He cited a tweet saying we'd agreed a fee. If there's a tweet saying we've agreed terms with Davis then someone could just post it instead of saying I don't have a clue. As I said, yes you can have personal terms agreed with multiple teams, but typically that doesn't happen while a club also has a fee agreed. E.g. Caicedo had a fee agreed with Liverpool but personal terms agreed with Chelsea. Usually if both are agreed the player signs.
Sell Oscar to Swansea perhaps?
