I dealt with lawyers before when i sold a house for cash and let the people move in next day, and had to use a lawyer when the owners come back from holiday and could not get in their house.

Was one time i did funny thing, cop car stopped outside in the car park where i used to live then got out chasing some guy they ran around some flats but had just jumped out and left car running so i drove off in the car and parked it about 4 roads away lol.
OK a contract becomes binding when it's signed. Thats when they start the process of transferring the registration.
Once they get that they will announce it once the media team have got their hands all over it, probably not on a day off and once they've done a sexy photo shoot and coordinated a press package etc..

If I had to guess I would say there's a clause but it might be set at a reasonably high fee.
I'm on the fence ATM and nobody seems to knew yet, if they come back down they may well need/want him to help get them back up. Not sure they'd agree to sell to another champ club in that case.
Outgoings are going to be real interesting.
If we get Twine and 2 decent wingers, I don't see how there's room for Tufan and Traore and you'd imagine one would be leaving (probably Adama)

They've brought in other players who are more capable though, if they were to come back down. Ramsey, etc. Which is why I could see them being happy to sell him if they can make a profit on him. How much did they pay for him? 3m?
Longman, Woods, Traore, Sinik, and Ally I could all see leaving on permanents if there's interest; Vaughn, Covil I could see us loaning out as well as I don't think they'd get much game time if everyone we're hoping for come in.
Stop been negative about the board.
