Lots of negativity from Tuesday and a bit of heat towards Rosenior and suddenly after a whole summer of refusing to discuss transfer news, we get him saying how excited he is about some transfers. The most obvious deflection technique and probably more waffle about them being long term targets. He even admitted after the game that they need to speed up the recruitment.

Literally panic buying to deflect. Still excited to find out who we are signing though <laugh>
No, tbf he's talked previously about 'exciting signings' and stuff. Nothing new. Just needs to happen.

Shame Metz can’t send us Mikautadze the other way. He’d add some quality.

Loan bid in for Tiago at Benfica. Wide player who scored 5 goals for Estoril last season. Portugal U21 international. A lot of other clubs after him though, including Leicester and Southampton.
Lets end that rumour 0% chance he joins city.
<laugh> ****jng hell quashed the very next post

With regards to having an option for Ingram to pass too there was not many although on occassion I thought that the

Shows you what you have pay for a good keeper. Does not look like it but hope one of the signings LR is talking about is a goalie that can play out from the back. If we are going to try to play like Man City or Brighton then as was obvious from the game against Donny Matt Ingram is not going to do it even though he is a great shot stopper. As an aside I wonder what Matt thinks about it all; anyone know him who knows what his thinking is-would he rather just boot it out all the time or is he on board with playing out from the back. Also anyone know how much time do they spend training on stuff like this. Surely its high on the agenda and is not a difficult practice to set up. And as many of you know practice makes perfect, and as we know the difference between a high school music teacher and a concert painist is 5000 hours of practice![

Matt lives a couple of houses away from me in our village, we just pass the time of day qhne he is walking his very small dog.
I wouldn't dream of asking him , firstly because I don't know him that well , secondly he may get angry and he effing huge.

Does his dog refuse to move for him too?

Could this be the English talent we were after?
Think it's important to remember who described him as an important English talent.

If I'm trying to sell something rest assured I'm telling people it's the best around. Membership sales mattered at the time of that comment

Apparently the Bristol City Max Bird bid is untrue but I don't think any of the people mentioning it are particularity reliable. If we do miss out then it's 100% because of messing about lowballing, this deal could have been tied up already.

If they want him they’ll get him. They’ll have known they’re selling Scott for ages
