I heard this rumour too, however due to the fact he missed the majority of last season through injury, I automatically dismissed it due Rosenior's comments on players needing to be robust.

The thing is, this safety first approach making sure players haven't had injuries and have championship/English league experience is all well and good but domestic players that are good enough to get you promoted are expensive and highly sought after which leaves us with little chance of getting them or scrapping for dregs. Surely we have to take a few risks on players here and there?

He must be alright for us to go near him. His injury record seems to be alright on the whole
