Whoever's money it is could sit in a bank account offsetting your mortgage or earning you interest or anything else with the club just drawing from that account on a monthly basis. But you do you.

I don't know exactly what Kesler means by this. Is he saying we will be a feeder club to Roma with out best players going there and in exchange, we will develop their talented youngsters by taking them on loan?

Its hard to imagine Roma having any interest in our players, Jacob Greaves to Roma haha!

Thinking outside the box, maybe Roma will allow us access to their scouting network and we could sign players they are on the fence about and give them first option if they develop well?

It's such an impenetrable set of words that I don't think you can take anything from it. I think Tan speaks English better than he thinks it. He's trying to be diplomatic and guarded but also be positive and generate excitement whilst speaking a second or third language and it ends up just being a mass of words at times.
