That's if there is only 4. I think there might be more who are dependent on sales. We've been told were bringing in 2 wingers, we've also been told Liam is wanting to go with 4 strikers, we also need a left back and a keeper so that's 5 straight away. We're also told were looking at another 10, so that's 6.

If everyone is fully fit he doesn’t start deeper over Seri, he’s not creative enough to be the 10 over Adama and playing him next to Seri would mean we are overrun every game.

The 4 strikers comment is fair enough but I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up with 3 and then Ozan/Allahyar is the 4th to make it up.

I don't know why we're looking to sign another #10. You have Traoré and Tufan who primarily play there, plus Vaughan and Slater can play there too. Another #10 is just a waste of resources.

Does the 4 include Delap? And if we are right about Lokilo and Vinagre it sounds as if that could be our lot. Alternatively, BC could be right when he said any of our most important players would be replaced if sold.

Would you say that if you knew it was Twine coming who could also cover a wide position?

I doubt theyre doing it for ****s n giggles, but I was a little surprised when that position was reported.

Maybe. I would say a defensive midfielder is more a priority than another playmaker though. I personally think Seri and Tufan playing deeper could work. I remember Tufan playing alongside Slater as a defensive midfielder under Shota last season and he did quite well.

The bloke of twitter just said 4 more on top of Vinager and Delap, which ties in with what Liams been saying and Baz reporting.

From what I’ve watched so far this pre season, Simons next to Seri looks to give us a lot of balance.
