Fair play to Acun... It's needed a massive job to sort this squad out, especially with players leaving on top of the lack of quality we've clearly had. And by all accounts it looks like all bases are being covered. Business has been done early in most cases, weak spots have been identified and are being rectified, there's hopefully more to come and we look like we have a lot of potential for a playoff push.
The players through the door so far are starting to play some good stuff together already, we've had a good start to the season whether down to quality, luck, grit, whatever... The only potential downside I can see boils down to whether we've been very unlucky with injuries or if we've signed a bunch of sick notes that'll miss large parts of their contracts. Time will tell on that one, but compared to where we were a couple of months ago, who can't be happy with what we're seeing?
