I personally don't think so, Acun seems to have a lot of confidence in him, and I think he will give him time. Too early to judge, most of the signings have come during pre-season, and it is going to take time to gel.

He's clearly a top player but in no circumstances should he be getting special treatment.
If we're serious about playing with wing backs, we need 2 new ones though
