Don't see his value dropping between now and Jan. Could as easily rise if he smashes it between now and then. Summer maybe as he'll be in his option year if he doesn't re-sign

its nearly always the flair players who get slated for not defending, whereas the grafters hardly ever get slated for having no flair.
They all get slated for everything near me haha!
It is less frustrating when we're playing **** when you can see the ones who seem to care and who keep scrapping though.
There are some who are blind to certain types of qualities associated with a DM. I accept that.

i remember going very infrequently in the late 90's and people only seemed to go to city to moan and shout at the players.

Similar to a lot of jobs. If you’re ****-hot or competent enough at a desk job, do all your tasks and spend the rest of the working day fart-arsing about online or whatever, your coworkers will start to resent you for not offering to help them do their work.

Could sign a new deal with a release clause.
COULD sign a new deal, could also get injured, could also play **** & sulk because he didn’t get his move, could also go in January or summer for less, because the buyer knows we have to sell!
My original post is worst case, this is more worst case scenarios, as I don’t see him signing a new contract, there’s been no mention anywhere that I’ve seen that says he’s interested in signing one.
I also don’t see us being a challenger for promotion either, despite all these positive signings!
Two of my favourite players of the last 20 years, although there are a fair few on that list!
