Seri wasn’t that inspiring was he!?

Seri signing has raised a few eyebrows. For example The feeling feeling amongst the championship clubs was that would be impossible to keep him in this league after Fulham released him, the fact he's not only stayed in the league but signed for us has a lot of people talking and suddenly taking notice

So, going by official announcements (and post #1), in terms of material changes, we've so far effectively:
Swapped:
Eaves, Smallwood, Honeyman (plus arguably Bernard and Forss in terms of squad depth)
For:
Seri, Tufan, Figueiredo (plus arguably Traore, although not yet officially announced, and out anyway till New Year).

Decent start but heck of a lot of business still needing to be done. Hopefully 1 or 2 nice surprises unfold in Istanbul.

Not whining, panicking, etc. Just the facts as they stand.

Yeah, but normally we're at this stage going into the last week of the window, not with 7 weeks left.

I really don't know how you manage to be so positive all the time with your posts.... I think you should tone it down a little!

I wonder this too. I only use twitter on mobile so I don't see what's trending, but I think there's geographical levels of trending, so you can be trending worldwide or in the UK or maybe even in Hull.

Yeah Acun or Seri trending on your Twitter feed doesn’t mean it’s trending worldwide. Twitter tracks location data based on IP so it’s probably only trending in the East Yorkshire area at best.

We've upgraded our midfield, kept continuity in goal and are working hard to sign actual, goal scoring strikers. There'll be few clubs in our division who are already in as good a position as us.

Courtesy of Twitter - Trends are determined by an algorithm and, by default, are tailored for you based on who you follow, your interests, and your location. This algorithm identifies topics that are popular now, rather than topics that have been popular for a while or on a daily basis, to help you discover the hottest emerging topics of discussion on Twitter.

Yeah. For example, Russia and Ukraine were trending in Feb/March but not so much now. If it’s an ongoing thing, it usually goes from Trending to the News section.

Or Turkey where most of our social madia followers are nowadays??

And who knows maybe Acun found a little bit of change in his back pocket or bank out of what he has left to maybe get a club to accept an offer and entice a player to change his mind so he can have the forward line he wants, just before continuing with maybe a DM, who knows he is constantly surprising us the little devil.

Failed his medical according to press, seems odd

Wasn’t that black and white, was a fitness test apparently and they wanted a loan to test the waters with an option to buy. With Lazio not interested. If Acun stumps up the mega bucks and he’s back on i may have a fit…

With his sheer force of Will to get Seri over the line there’s not a chance the same energy won’t be applied to Muriqi in my opinion
Makes less sense to do it when there’s a £10m fee involved when weve apparently got Estupinan who’s fit and been firing for a year at a high level
