I know he's going but it hasn't been confirmed officially has it, the poster I was responding to wouldn't reconise the incoming we already have because they haven't been officially announced, but was happy to say honeyman had gone even though it's not official..... I was just pointing out it can't be used one way and not the other

Ha ha, but actually not true.
Look back at #3033....
"So far:
- 8 confirmed outgoings to date. Wilks to add to that, and almost certainly a few more still to go.
- no officially announced signings, although fair to say we have 3 new additions as good as done".

It's safe to say we have the 3 new additions, as confirmed by TK yesterday, but imo strangely not announced by the club even though they are now training with us!
But taking your point, yes, strictly speaking I should have added 'not confirmed' against Honeyman's name (even though we all know it is done).

Don't know if you are aware but there is some serious money in London and some of the richest people in the World choose to live there. There is also some serious money and impressive property not too far from the centre of Hull, so showcase that. Why drive down Spring Bank when you can drive down Kemp Road ?

I’ve lived in London for 40 years so yeah I’m fairly au fait with it. My point with those particular clubs is that you have to drive a looong way to find anywhere you’d want to live.
 
Hope we will get further formal club statements on new signings soon, but relaxed with Tans/Acun's capability to get right quality players. Really looking forward to seeing a quality striker at the club.

So, a quick summary with some assumptions, after Tan's interview.... and with 3 new rumoured incoming players to be confirmed.... (or alternatives brought in for that position).......the City 1st team playing squad will be very strong next year... tough to get into starting 11 gives great competition.

Remember.... a matchday squad of 20 players next season (11 starters & 9 on the bench.... with upto 5 subs allowed).

Probably some more outgoings as a playing pool of 28 plus youngsters is to many
