Acun talks a good game, it’s yet to be seen how it all plays out. For now he’s the saviour we’ve been waiting for since Adam!
So far, things seem to be going alright, but it’s when things go pear shaped that we’ll see how he deals with it, hopefully that’s a long way off!
I think Shota’s probably the most under pressure manager since Peter Taylor, the rest have had their moments, but haven’t had the need to make the move upwards since PT!

Looks like Monday And Tuesday will be big announcement days - I think we’ll announce 3 today, 2 tomorrow (and kit somewhere in-between).

I for one will be gutted if Honeyman leaves. Top lad, brilliant work ethic, a player that drags the performance of others up a level. He’s a consistent 7/8 out of 10 player. He’s one of those players that every team needs, makes the team tick and knows the league well.

It's no coincidence our results improved when he was in the side.

Honeyman was colossal in league one and stood out last year to some degree.

However, he's clearly not backing himself to break into the starting 11. I wouldn't either.

He would be great to have around and given the choice I'd keep him but he wants to play football and I respect that.

He wants out and will be free in a year. Cashing in now is the sensible choice and is better for the player. He doesn't deserve a year on the sidelines.

Sounds like we have tried to keep him around with an improved contract.

If he does not back himself to get in the team (and wants to be playing), it's the best for both parties.

No time for sentiment.

Best of luck George should you move on.

We don't often see eye to eye but on this one I concur.

We had quite a few players who looked outstanding in league 1 but struggled to make the step up to championship, Wilks, Docherty, Elder and Honeyman to a lesser extent.

This is my sentiment also, I am surprised he wants out, I seemed to remember him saying his girlfriend was from Hull also, but if Millwall is offering him a much better deal or he doesn't see himself as a shoo-in every week with us, then better for all parties he moves on.

I was disappointed to hear that George was likely to be on his way, but I've just been on Hull City Fans Forum on Facebook and apparently he was ****, so I feel a little better now.

It would seem that everything Callum Elder claimed, to some random fans that night, has come to pass.

Makes you wonder about the rest he claimed..
