So baz is **** now for not telling us transfer news and is keeping quiet in order to curry favour with Acun, meanwhile all the info is coming from tweeters in Turkey which so far none of which have been true. Maybe baz is saying nowt cause there is nothing to say, others should follow his lead.

But he hasn't said nothing. He literally wrote in yesterday's paper that 3 are done and just waiting to be announced.

He's also confirmed that Seri is meeting Acun in Istanbul today as the Turkish Journalist Lue has said

I don't get this hysteria over the signings not being announced.

But he doesn't say nothing, he copies what the other journos have said after they've said it. A number of those other journos have broken stories around Traore, Tufan, Seri, and Wright all of whom Baz has confirmed we have either signed or about to sign.

Also funny that yet again he's reporting what someone else has already reported..

From what understand even though they a likely to sell Tarkowski, Weghorst and Cornet, as well as the parachute payment, this is still not enough to cover the loan they have to repay. Obviously, £3m or £4m in the scheme of things is not a big amount, but the feeling is they will struggle this year, whereas we seem to be on the up and they are on the decline, I know which club I would choose.

I agree, I don't mind Burnsey commentary, I just wish they would get in someone different in place of Swanny. I listen to all games on Ifollow being overseas, and occasionally listen to the opponent's commentary and most are awful, and both Burnsey and James Fletcher are much better IMO.

I think it’s more the point that whenever these Turkish journo’s break the news it’s published in HDM as being true…

Literally happened just now with one of them publishing last night that Acun is meeting Seri in Istanbul and now that news has been published in HDM.

I like Baz think he is really involved in the club at all levels and is very informed on commercial and managerial sides of the club. Transfer wise though he only seems to break news after a Turkish journo has done and that’s not me suggesting it’s true it’s just how it aligns on social media. I’m with the majority on here though that until they’re on the pitch with a scarf I don’t believe it’s done.

There's lots of caveats that people seem to ignore re the announcements though. I assume they'll be wanting to announce them when they're actually in the City. Allahyar is on a beach and isn't due back till next week and Tufan is coming at the weekend. Isn't Traore injured?

Nick Pope and Nathan Collins are likely to go for somewhere close to £30m between them. Kompany wouldn’t have gone there without assurances of backing.

Just a theory but could the club be waiting for the new kits to arrive so that they can do the big reveal with new signings modelling them showing off the new kits and new players all in 1 go.

I thought this too. The kit would’ve been designed and signed off long before the season just gone ended so maybe they’re waiting to reveal the new signings in the new kit. Our new owner seems to be all about good PR and marketing so it would make sense.
