I don't think they spent a penny last summer despite selling Ramsdale. Seems unlikely they'll spend until Berge goes

This is definitely our biggest advantage, there won't be many clubs able to bid £4m so unless a PL side comes in or a Celtic/Rangers we've got a great chance

I think they even issued a PR last season saying that focus would be on youth and not on spending.

But, they then went under a dramatic improvement, so maybe, if FFP allows, they might back Higginbotham in this year's market? Especially with a talent like Twine who appears to be someone with potential to sell-on big, a bit further down the line.

Would anyone ever believe this face?
