Decent player, much maligned but can still be effective in a side that plays to his strengths. Mid range League 1 sides will be taking a close look.

If every player had his attitude then we wouldn't have got relegated and he should have been playing this season ahead of Magennis.

Hull City have started formal talks to sign Benjamin Tetteh and Fernando Martins.

Benjamin Tetteh is a 24 year old striker who plays for Yeni Malatyaspor and Ghana (scored 18 in 65 at Sparta Prague)

Fernando Martins is a 30 year old defensive midfielder, with a fairly impressive CV, including 23 caps for Brazil.

Eaves' agent should be working hard hawking him round lower Championship and league 1 clubs this window, should be plenty of clubs interested. Also some of the top league 2 clubs will be sniffing as they have bigger budgets than many league 1 teams!

I think even with eight he's comfortably going to be one of the better players in the Championship. Great signing if it comes off.

So then, that's two central midfielders that are reported as being worked on (Fernando and Traore), a striker (Tetteh) and a goalkeeper (Baxter).

That's a decent start if we can sign all of those.
