I think this one will be the first to be announced; he wants to come here, Fenerbahce are happy for him to go and we want him. Won't even struggle with a work permit as he's already been playing here.
Seems like Baxter should be cut and dry if he wants to come back, Chelsea looking likely to be sold over the Summer.

Im confident that if we haven't already then it will be a formality. I said it wasn't the first time Baz had been confused after he tweeted that he was. so it appears you are misremembering.
I presume Baz was confused because he didn't think we'd signed him yet, so thought that's what you were commenting on.
Can we actually sign anybody yet? Don't we have to wait for the transfer window to open? I think the window opens on 10 June, and the international transfer window begins on 1 July 2022. Presumably we can't sign Allahyar unless his club cancels his contract, which given there'll be a fee couldn't happen (I don't know how it's supposed to work, but the dates are correct).
