Losing KLP, Honeyman and Greaves this window would just about be the worst-case scenario in terms of outgoings. Easily our three best and most important players last season. I think we all knew KLP was going, Honeyman was a surprise but Greaves would just be tragic and we’d be left scrambling for a good centre-half and if we go to foreign markets again, it could be a huge gamble.

But they also allow clubs to move on surplus players much easier, they’re certainly not perfect but clubs need them.

His agent is ICM Stellar Sports, one of the biggest in the business, they represent a lot of the England players (Grealish, Phillips. Chilwell, Shaw, Ward-Prowse, Pickford, Loftus-Cheek etc).
