Never really given a chance by us. McCann rated him highly. I remember reading the HDM article and McCann saying we beat Prem teams to the punch signing him. He was on loan at League 2 Barrow last year and I would’ve thought he could’ve stayed there instead of dropping down to the National League.
We recalled him as he wasn't getting much of a sniff.
Just didn't seem to kick on when he got into full time football. We paid £50k for him too
Would have thought he'd have gone to Peterboro over Halifax if Grant rated him so highly...
