van Hecke would be coming in as a starter if it was him. Don’t see how’d we sign someone like him on loan to be backup to our current centre-halves.
The defender coming in has been described as a highly rated international so I doubt he'll be coming in as back up. I hope it's a RB

I immediately thought of Patterson. The international bit rules out a lot of people.
I'd love the no.10 to be Dembele, I don't think it will be but he was mainly a bench player last year for Bournemouth and he's not an out and out no.10 but I can't think of many other options.

The potential of a Patterson loan has been refuted by the Everton side quite a bit and Alan Nixon seems to have made it up. If it’s a full international in the premier league there can’t be many who would go out on loan.
It's pretty tough to guess as we don't know who's available and who isn't.
I don't think they'll be an Ehab type of signing, I think they'll be 2 players that will come through the door with the ability to make an immediate impact
