He'll end up at Reading surely?
He certainly doesn't need the money, you'd just think that after all the grief he's had in Spain and the lack of football, he might want to show he's still capable of playing at the highest level (even if it's just as a **** off to all the Real Madrid fans).
I think he's waiting for the call from the Brazil 1970 team. He'll end up at Reading surely?

I was thinking the same thing, he’s 32 now though, but does have lots of experience, can play that role that Eaves couldn’t, question is, are we looking at any experience in that position , or is it younger players?Charlie Austin? How are his knees these days?
Georges Mikautadze, striker we were linked with parent club Metz relegated today. Could end up being a cheaper deal on the cards if it was true.
It wouldn't surprise me if he was one of the 4 we're close to.
I'm sure we'll still have to pay at least close to 7 figures though, maybe even a similar fee to Allahyar
When I first heard about him I thought he was a regular starter in the French league, but closer investigation confirms otherwise. It's a no from me. Sounds no better (probably worse) than ProssieNo thanks. Re
No thanks, records poor in a rubbish league.
Belgian Premier League isnt rubbish. And 1 in 3 isn’t a rubbish record either for a team who are 2nd bottom, he’s 21.No thanks, records poor in a rubbish league.

Some mistake the competitiveness of the championship for quality football. How many teams have people genuinely thought we were outclassed by this season? Hell even Fulham only scraped a 1-0 past us and they’ve walked the league21 in 29 in the Belgian Second Tier, then 9 in 28 in the top tier. At the age of 21, in a **** team that finished second from bottom, that's pretty good going.
