They had a Celtic fan absolutely waxing lyrical about O’Riley but basically saying he was too good for us because he’d played in the champions league and done well and so will go to a bigger team. It would be interesting to spend up to 30m on him and then not spend big money on the striker we’ve needed for something like 5 years nowBBC Podcast out on our signings etc

Yeah that’s just what was said. I think also in context of not being picked for the Denmark squad. I guess Celtic fans will assume that joining a premier league that is towards the bottom won’t help much more. Didn’t help JWP for exampleLike Victor and Van Dijk? I mean I know they went on to bigger things eventually, but not always a barrier!
I discovered they have one with Adam Blckmore and Jo Tessem after each game which is quite inciteful.I didn’t know there was a saints podcast on bbc. Interesting
I can definitely see that clubs like ours are being actively disincentivised to produce new talent. There needs to be caps on the number of youth players a team can have per age group and how much you are allowed to pay young talent or...
Maybe it is time all youth players went into a national drafting system at age 17 like for American Football? We could disconnect all the academies from clubs and have them as national academies instead. The current system is only working if you are willing to fork out huge sums of money - and that really is not opposite of what academies are for.
Worst club to best would be interesting. I think you would have to have to work from the top league, championship winners, then the other two champ teams, then work up the premier league and repeat for each league below. Anyone unselected becomes a free agent. The big question on that is how would these academies be funded? Would it be a tax on the clubs?
Who gets first pick? Is it restricted to premier league teams or would Bromley get first choice as the lowest ranked league side?
Think it would be quite cool to see the best youngsters in league 2
Well if anyone suggests he might be wrong about that he’ll have a tantrum and block you. Thinnest skin in football. Should not be on social media as he can’t hack it at all.Alan Nixon saying that Domina will go straight into the first team squad if we sign him. Allegedly still trying to work out a deal with his club
I hope Domina's surname is Tor and not Ted.

This is not taking my post as intendedHis surname is Domina, first name Jeronimo
Was linked right at the start of the summer and seemed like one of those random links that came from nowhere so probably is true.
Although Martins comments about building a British squad and being the new Burnley suggest it isn’t true
A case of trying too hard, particularly when his first name is Jeronimo. This is not taking my post as intended![]()
