We've seen too many 'bright young things' hoovered up by big clubs then discarded at a later date.
You often wonder if some players would have had a better career if they'd 'stuck' rather than 'twisting'.
Rabbi Matondo springs to mind.

It's a numbers game Cling.
Buy 20 at quarter of a million to find 1 that turns out to be £20M.
Chances are they'll sell most of their buys for a quarter to a million anyway.
