Connolly’s off the field issues probably didn’t help him and Oscar was either not wanted anymore or he himself wanted to go

He’s been saying it for two months.

I think we’ll get one. Just depends on what we’re willing to do. Big money doesn’t mean awesome player either.

Remember, in that 2012/13 season we signed Nick Proschwitz for £2.3m, and Sone Aluko for free. Which turned out to be the better signing?

A Sone Aluko right now would not hurt. I really liked him as a player.
