Yeah factual stuff doesn't tend to land well with people on here.

Try puns about signing's names. They like those. Or if you're feeling kitschy try comparing something to Norwich or saying you've watched the entire career of some player we're linked with.

Thanks for the advice Toast.

I've started a new thread titled - Atmosphere / Crowd Energy - Lets see how many I can upset with that one!

Hull City Boss to Help Turkish Giants to Sign Chelsea Midfielder

Fenerbahçe are set for a busy transfer window as they look to bolster their midfield options.

Fanatik report that the Yellow Canaries are set for several rounds of negotiations with Chelsea and Manchester City this week.

With Fred sidelined due to injury, Sebastian Szymanski impressed in a central midfield role for the opening game of the season in the 1-0 win over Adana Demirspor.

The club is now exploring options to strengthen the position further, with a potential move for a high-profile midfielder on the cards.

Hull City owner Acun Ilıcalı will travel to England with Fenerbahce sporting director Mario Branco to hold talks with both Chelsea over Romeo Lavia and Lesley Ugochukwu.

The report claims that newly appointed Blues boss is more open to letting Ugochukwu leave over Lavia.

Ilıcalı will then accompany Branco hold talks with Manchester City over Kalvin Phillips.

The Hull City chief is a well known Fenerbahçe fan but it is bizarre that he would be accompanying Branco in transfer talks for the Istanbul based side.

Fenerbahçe’s ambition to strengthen their squad is clear, and the club is willing to invest heavily to achieve their goals. The Turkish giants are aiming to build a competitive team capable of challenging for both domestic and European honors.

Is that better for you delicate souls.

What the hell is this website, I am half Turkish, never heard it before and leads to malicious links.

I don't see why any game would be a free hit if we are aiming for the playoffs

Surely we should be able to beat anybody in this league

Context is important. I'm saying this now not really knowing what the squad would look like come Leeds game. If we can get ambitious signings in then we give ourselves a chance. Right now with their strengths and our weaknesses I wouldn't fancy us at Elland Rd

I listened to the 1904 club so you don’t have to:
  • Baz has seen proof that there is interest from Boro in Giles, despite what Tan has said
  • Thinks there’s more to Seris “injury” on Saturday
  • Trying hard to get Hughes done, but Tans interview hasn’t gone down well at Wigan. Terms broadly agreed, but hinges on payment terms
  • Young striker who hasn’t been named in this week. Probably after Wednesday game
  • Things ticking away but Zambrano, Hughes, ST are the ones that look most likely to complete this week

I'm actually more inclined to trust baz. The club would have no incentive to confirm whereas what does he gain from lying? If he's going to make up transfer news there'd be more interesting rumours to start.

I'm not saying he is lying, more that he has probably been led along by his sources at Boro (whomever they may be).
