I listened to the 1904 club so you don’t have to:
  • Baz has seen proof that there is interest from Boro in Giles, despite what Tan has said
  • Thinks there’s more to Seris “injury” on Saturday
  • Trying hard to get Hughes done, but Tans interview hasn’t gone down well at Wigan. Terms broadly agreed, but hinges on payment terms
  • Young striker who hasn’t been named in this week. Probably after Wednesday game
  • Things ticking away but Zambrano, Hughes, ST are the ones that look most likely to complete this week

Baz has since further confirmed the ST is permanent

When I was a paper boy I used to have running battles with a red faced toothless window cleaner from Norwich v late 60’s - he was a proper bumpkin . Great when I went see City at Carrow Rd for our 3-0 cup win , I was about 16 then , still took the p*** out of him later . Just thought I’d return the topic to its rightful one - because you can apparently just scroll on - if you are annoyed - scroll on guys - not a murmur from ya !
Scroll past is the official line, unofficially it's 'get stuffed'. :emoticon-0138-think

The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.

Some have suggested it could be Adama Sidibeh from St Johnstone. Baz has mentioned its a striker from outside the EFL and this kid supposedly has a 500k release clause

Never seen him play but I’d be concerned if that’s the striker that will change the dynamics of the Championship. I’m expecting a young PL forward on loan and then a quality striker from abroad on a permanent.

Think the alleged quality striker is probably one they're not talking to anymore given they've never mentioned it again

We can and should do a lot better than someone who was playing in the 7th tier of English football at the age of 25 until February.

Dogukan Sinik has been for an MRI scan to find out the status of his injury as he looks to return to training and force his way into the squad.

"He had an MRI today again as a review, so we are looking forward to it (having him back), but it takes maybe four or five weeks because he didn't train for three months already and that's what we need, so that we are sure that he is not getting an injury again."

Chances of seeing Sinik in 4-5 weeks, given it'll be September and getting a bit cold? I reckon close to zero.

Young and permanent? Could well be Duncan McGuire? Would maybe align with Acun's comments about 'next Liam Delap'. Although the links earlier about McGuire were from a 'should sign' article on FLW not at actual transfer report.
