"That summer under Acun two seasons ago is what killed us, he pissed money away and went out and bought whoever he wanted, when he wanted. Now we can't spend. Poorly run club."

Walter in charge for only 2 weeks as of today...

"We've still not signed anyone yet even though we've got money, we're going to get relegated and wouldn't compete in League 1. There's nothing going on behind the scenes and if we do sign anyone they'll be ****/too old/don't know the league/on loan/no resale value/an 'Acun signing'. Poorly run club. Also, something about 'brain team' being ****. Get Darnbrough back."


And then simultaneously...

"Doesn't matter that we played good football yesterday, it's preseason, it means nothing."

Whilst...

"We need players in immediately otherwise they'll miss preseason."


There's obviously work to be done as of right now, but it'll get done. We've also gained a couple of players that had been previously cast out which may prove to flourish under Walter. Every little helps and all that. I still don't see any need to be worried about the coming season yet.

I remain positive about next season.

Mainly because Rosie won't be here.
It doesn't matter if we attracted the best loan players out there, playing under him would serve up the same ****e we had to endure last season.

And I remain sceptical about how many of the loan players from last year came here because of Rosenior and his style.

The recruitment so far has not been great, I hope it improves. Are you confident it will?

‘We’re going for really good players, but as usual everything’s last minute and getting good players takes time.’

Got no names or any hints at all but thought I would share it. They are definitely learning lessons and not giving names away as much as they used to.

I've no idea who you spoke to or how close to you are but it just sounds like what you'd expect someone at the club to say. I'd be surprised if they said we're after a right bag of **** get ready for a relegation fight

Does anyone know when the decision to axe LR was actually taken? And then when was the decision to appoint Tim?

There was a lot of time from March-ish onwards when it was highly likely we would still be in this division next year.

That's your planning and figuring stuff out time.

Match, please remember to fill the other half of your glass .
Nobody has a clue what is or isn’t isn’t going on , so negative comments are as much a guess as most positive ones . Unfortunately this year the ITK’ers are quiet , to be honest I’m missing their insights . LOL

I was told about Tim Walter the day after Rosenior got sacked
