Hernandez didn't either did he? And either way, even he only scored at the level below the one we signed him for huge money to play at. Regardless of level, we've barely ever had a 20-goal striker in my lifetime. I think Gary Alexander might've been the last. (Elliott wasn't a striker before anyone says him).
It's been pretty clear how this would unfold for weeks. You won't get success behaving like this and any upturn is likely to be temporary. You've got to be boring and stable and not be focussed on hype & PR. Last summer we were left short in the attacking areas, and this year is the same.
Yeah he scored 20 league goals when we went up the second time under Bruce. He did spend a decent amount of time injured though.
Even just a half decent journeyman striker is needed no way we can go into the season with only 2 of them, both being complete punts.

Ohio has never scored goals really though. He also pretty much looked the exact same as Bedia did in his small cameo any time he started the game. Only thing he had was age, but Ohio was technically terrible
