Same, I remember going down then suddenly shooting back up again, very scary.
The news that we're after 6 more players including two wingers eases my concern about that area of the pitch. Sounds like we're going to have a big squad though. 7 midfielders for 3 positions, 4 wingers for two positions and 3 strikers for one position. Good cover but if we keep people fit there's going to be a lot missing out.
The Pandur signing looks more and more dodgy to me. Walter now wants two of his own keepers so presumably doesn't even trust him as number 2, just as LR didn't either by the end. I love Acun but this smacks of an owner signing made for an unclear reason which the managers have had to work around despite not rating him. On a long contract too. Another Sinik?

Pandur was basically just signed to wipe the debt owed to him by Sitard, it looks incredibly dodgy.

where does omur fit in
Omur was excellent out wide last season with better players in front of him and next to him in the middle
For me he needs to play as a 10 but needs to add goals and assists to his game otherwise it looks real nice but no end product
He’s a second phase player for me not a forward. Like Bernardo Silva, not inherently creative but gives more creative players a platform because he draws in multiple players and keeps the ball. I don’t tend to judge midfielders by G/A
I judge wingers on G/A, and if he's going to play there he'll get judged on it.

Hes got a good touch
But he cant even be compared to silva
He lets the game pass him by way too much
He looks better than he actually is becasue he can trap a ball
But very ineffective
And as a winger hes completely wasted
I’m saying he’s the same profile of player. Yeah he needs to do more in the final third but I think his strengths lie in the second phase before the final action of an attack.
