That's why I put success in quotation marks, their merchandise department is certainly a success, can't go out in east Hull without seeing their clothing everywhere. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

We don't know this is the actual RB deal they was talking about, that one could have fell through and this is the back up. We don't know what's going on behind the scenes, i'm pretty confident we'll get players for the positions need, whether they did this one now or earlier or later.

Drameh has been linked for months, it's him. I think giving them an out is a bit iffy. This is the player we've been signing since Tan said it in January.

We're now at a point where earlier has a material impact on our season. Signing players now or later isn't good enough. If we're going to genuinely say a compensation fee to Leeds was waiting on Philogene and Greaves being sold then we're giving the brains trust too much credit.

Rovers merchandise has grown tenfold, it's took the last three or four years to get where they are but they sell ****loads. I'd love to know their income from merchandise.

Understand people saying that we've signed a player in a position that's not the main one we need to address, but transfers aren't linear - if this had been our 5th deal after some other, more vital, areas then i think we'd all be happy.

At the cost its not going to impact other deals and is probably one of the easiest to get done so no wonder its first (second)

I'm not giving them an out, it's just my opinion because I don't know what's going on behind the scenes.

You're right but it's not the 5th transfer, it's the first and there's two weeks to go.

The pressing needs are elsewhere aren’t they and all the work should have been concentrated in those areas

We signed a left back first. It was so long ago to some people they've forgotten.

I think we will too its just the timing.
We are constantly getting told how this system of Tim's takes time for the players to get use to, if these players come in on deadline day and also miss the Leeds game that will be 4 games missed before they can start getting use to this new style and if 4 weeks to get up to speed that will be 7 league games missed being 20% of the season

When you are getting shirty about things you expect people to say, but they haven’t said yet, and may well never say, isn’t it time to consider whether you are taking things to extremes? I would implore to calm down a bit, you seem very on-edge.
