For me, his head wasn't in the right place, the expression 'head turned' seemed to say it all. As such, I honestly dont see him getting back to the levels of the first half of last season. Maybe it was down to coaching, who knows. I think we should cash in as long as its a significant number.

Or, if he stays, maybe he'll thrive under Walter?

Every manager from the bottom half of the Prem down would fancy him and fancy their ability to get him right. He is a real talent but I dont think he is West Ham level and probbaly would struggle to play week in week out for any Premier League team which is what he needs right now. Minutes every week, multiple challenges and a coach who is willing to be patient with him. That counts for us as fans too. If he plays for City next year the expectation of him beating 4 players each and every time he gets the ball is not helpful to his development.
There will be games when he is marked out of the game by a quality defender and we have to accept that. Its those games he needs hooking earlier on and chalking off as a bad day at the office. KLP was no different. Some days he would look like a fish out of water if the opposition wasnt right for him.

Its because of this I think talk of £10m plus is fantasy right now but in the crazy World of football anything is possible if the right club and manager/owner take a shine to him. His highlights real could be amazing if they only look at his 'best bits'.

Could be possible, none stop attack wont hurt him. More touches, more chances to beat a man and try a trick. Confidence is high, fans excited. Personaly if it was my lad or I was his agent I would be saying stay put for 6 months.

If either Jacob or Jadon moving out allows us to bring Delap back in on a permanent deal with cash to spare, personally I have no issue with that.

I think the chances of delap back next season are very slim now

No. Is he a good prospect, absolutely. Will he score the goals to send us to the top 6. Probably not.

I think he's going to Southampton and we aren't outbidding them.

I think bringing in Ohio would be a good start to the Summer, but we also need a pressing forward who can harry the opposition when out of possession (and score goals, obviously).

I hope we take another look at Colby Bishop at Portsmouth. Though Robert Glatzel or Haris Tabakovic are more likely.

Yeah, definitely. With a full pre season behind him, it's a no brainer because he knows the style already and wouldn't need time to settle in.

Che Adams is more than good enough to play in the Premier League. I don't think Delap would be their only forward signing, they'd want him as an impact option to begin with.

Marin Ljubičić would be a great signing if we’re looking at European markets, especially Germany and Austria. Really good pressing forward with incredible work-rate and also had a fantastic goal-scoring run at the end of the Austrian season.

Depends how we’re going to play.

For Roseyball, it’s a hard no. If we’re going to attack with pace and counter when the opportunity to is on, definitely.

Think he's more suited to Walterball than Rosieball.
