If you google Gakpo it sounds like everyone in the Prem is in for him, will believe it when I see it

 

I guess the argument is that if he is considered even a halfway decent replacement then €40m is a big over valuation? I know it isn’t as simple as that

 

He's signed as cover for Madueke, who's out long term injured.

 

For what its worth, I watched Wales play what was essentially Holland B in the Nations League a few months back and Gakpo was their best player (until F.De Jong came on). Great movement.
