How many "Super tall" players have there been in the top leagues? And usually it seems like goalkeepers and defenders are excluded from that list because it is kind of expected?

Haaland is 6 foot 5.

Also, Graziano Pelle was around 6'5 too.

What are we calling super tall? I guess I consider it the level where you could be playing basketball instead. For some reason I think either 6'6" or 6'7" (so over 6 and a half feet)

Which is arbitrarily cutting out some good players like Ibra, Haaland and Pelle!

He’s always been a favourite of mine because I’m a sucker for a central midfielder who can work at both ends of the pitch but I don’t see it for us. I’m sure there lots of teams who’d be willing to pay him a lot more than us for free agency.

Llorente was 6-4……Sam G also was 6-4.
Me being only 5-10…..they are all tall

Yeah freakishly tall I say is 6’6/6’7. They just look awkward and it encourages the lump it forward type attitude.

As I say just a personal preference, obviously some of those players have had good careers.

Barkley is another Alli. Might have been worth seeing if he could rediscover football 3 years ago but certainly not anymore. Not even on a free.
