I’d be tempted to lump any cash we’ve got left into a striker signing, I think we’ve got enough decent options everywhere else.

He has to decide whether he wants to sit on his arse and be a bench warmer or play games at a lower level.
If you look back through his career, he has mainly been an impact sub at Div 1 teams
At least with us he got regular game time and I got the feeling he relished that.
He also got £27k a week for that.
Think I'd have relished that too.
Me too, he just seems to not appreciate that he is not in most coaches view a regular in an EPL team. So if he wants the money connected with that he needs to accept, he will be on the bench for the most part. If he wants regular football, then he probably needs to step down a level.
