Neither had Jarrod though. How much do we reckon we got for him? Serious question - I've never been too sure.
Based on the figure above for Watkins,..... not enough.... Jarrod was a play maker/ goalscorer, Watkins a good poacher.... Jarrod has improved I think its fair to say since he left..

How to get fish and chips for £1 at Hull's newest chippy
The offer is available on a first come first served basis until stocks last
A Hull fish and chip shop has an insanely cheap special offer for one day only.
For one day only Whitehead’s in Cottingham Road are doing a £1 offer on fish and chips on Wednesday (September 9).
From opening time at 11.30am until 4pm customers will be able to pick up a cheap lunch of a small haddock and chips.
Posting the offer on Facebook, owner Lee Whitehead said: “As a big thank you for your support we are offering fish and chips for just £1.
“If you haven’t already tried us then give us a try for just a £1.”

The offer is available on a first come first served basis until stocks last and customers will not be able to order in advance over the telephone.

Lee, who says he has a “love affair” with fish and chips had been looking to open up his own takeaway for two years and got his chance when he took over the former Fryer Tuck premises near McDonald’s.

Grant McCann remains hopeful there could yet be new arrivals before Saturday’s League One opener at Gillingham.
The Hull City boss has been busy strengthening his squad throughout the summer as he prepares for what he hopes will be an instant return to the Championship, but his work is not yet done.
McCann wants to add further attacking firepower to his ranks and says the club are working hard away from public glare to make things happen, with a midfielder also on his shopping list.
“Hopefully, touch wood, we can odd one or two more bodies because we’re still a bit light - I still think we’re two or three bodies short,” he told BBC Humberside.
“The quicker we can get them in, the better.
“I know they’re working very hard behind the scenes to make that happen.
“We need a couple of forwards, I think, to play in different positions.
“We need another midfield player to compete with what we’ve got.
“Max Sheaf and Callum (Jones) are two very good young players, don’t get me wrong, but we want to have competition in there.”

Probably bollocks anyway.
Curry sauce should be £50 a portion and the money used to pay for proper accompaniments like mushy peas for free.

Hopefully this is bollocks. I’d rather play our own youth team players than make this kind of signing.
Does this not tell you everything.... we have more ****ing defenders than enough !!!!!.... we now want more .... and yet the one thing the first team cannot do which is to score or create chances is left unaddressed.....
