I wasn't expecting this at all, I wonder what the fee was for Wilks. To be fair, at 21 and given that he's scored a couple, that's a decent signing.

Festus Arthur could be another McLoughlin, he's done really well at Stockport, maybe a loan at Cheltenham (who haven't gone up) next season for the pair of them.

I forgot all about McLoughlin. How many CBs do we need? They are breeding like keepers.

For next season, if we lose De Wijs, McKenzie and Penno, we've got:

Burke (who to be fair might also leave)
Tafazolli
McLoughlin
Greaves
Arthur

That's not that many when you consider our injury problems over the last few seasons.

To be fair, given how well Greaves has done and the fact that Taff stood out in League One, I wouldn't be concerned about either being first choice were we to go down.

If we survived somehow, we'd obviously need better.
