Just discovered he lives in Whitegate. Only 3 or 4 miles up the road from me. Nice wine shop just on the corner by the traffic lights. Wonder if he's a regular?
Now Bolton have survived and need to recruit some players urgently, how about we give Madine back for nothing? Wonder what happened to the £5m quid we paid them?
Could be pretty much the same thing really. I guess the Trotters can't afford 50% or even 20% of his wages. Do they not have a transfer embargo until confirmed financially viable? The only players they can get are those released without contract. Hmmm, got to be better than keeping Madine although we would end up paying him even more money for doing cluck all. Possibly an even worse signing than Cornelius who got injured soon after signing and has done ok in recent years.
Ah well, appears to have been a well sealed piece of glazing. Nothing gone through the window. Still got Madine. Wtf!!!
Updated bosman list.. Any you'd take? https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport.../free-agents-list-liverpool-transfer-16857765
Can imagine one or the other. 30k a week to the end of the year, or a 2 year deal on 15k. He was the other i considered besides beb arfa.
Would we be worried about losing any of these? Tomlin and Bogle would be the only 2 I'd be interested in keeping. Sadly, Madine not on the list. https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/cardiff-city-players-who-out-16865934
I'd keep Bamba too. The guy has been an absolute rock at the back and I'd love to see him on the coaching staff one day!
If this had any semblance of truth. Why t f? Unless he would be yet another one for the future. But we need quality midfielders and strikers - NOW!!!
Agree plus left and right backs. Peltier and Bennett are ok but no competition plus what happens if either or both are injured?
Should we be looking at further signings, or using what we have? I know what colin's view will be. One (the only?) footballing philosophy he has in common with DJ. https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/next-cardiff-city-academy-stars-17045391
