Generally contracts start 01 July when players are due back for pre-season.

It's more likely that we are 'fishing in the pond' that only operates once the Prem clubs have decided who they are signing and retaining, hence nothing happens until the end of the window whilst we wait for them.
 
What's happened with the cameroonian lad? He knows nothing about signing and the club have deleted the post. Hoax?

I hope he picks the right club when the offers come in. Needs to be playing 1st team football with a decent manager.

He comes across really well. Very well grounded and he has definitely earned a PL move. I only hope he goes to a club that will look after him and develop him. He has got a very bright future.
 
If Spurs show no interest in him, the Allams should ask Daniel Levy to negotiate any transfer deal at 5% commission. Quids in!

Well I'm expecting us to cash in on him, I just wondered how much want there is on his end to get out, what with the club being a **** show and everything. Or does he enjoy being the big fish in the little pond being first name on the team sheet every week?

I think he’s earned a move elsewhere. He’d go with my best wishes as he’s had an incredible couple of seasons.
