Assuming the Cork lad joins, and only Bowen is going, surely priorities now are specialist full back cover + another out & out striker option. (It's a pity KLP isn't another year or so on in his development).

Other than that, fair play, the squad is taking shape, although serious strength in depth for a play off push is missing.

Re. comments about Darnborough. I don't think he has ever been the problem. We all surely know who is.

I think McCann will have had a significant contribution to these signings. A lot of the players we’ve signed are familiar to our coaching set up. Our keeper coach knew Ingram. McCann knew Eaves from playing against Gillingham with Doncaster, managed Tafazolli at Peterborough and McCann previously wanted to sign this lad at Cork when he was at Doncaster. I’m not sure we can give any credit whatsoever to Darnbrough. Except possibly not ****ing up these signings. McCann has obviously had promises made as we even paid Doncaster compensation to bring him here.

The problem is this...if eaves starts banging em in then the allams will value him at 10 mill and add it on to the 50 mill.

To be fair, I don't think they would add it.
The (alleged) £50 mill is the amount they reckon they are still owed. Nothing whatsoever to do with a valuation of the club, the squad, assets, whatever.
They (allegedly) just want their (alleged) outstanding debt repaying.
Hence the hope that Harry moves, and then (with a heavy heart) we sell Bowen and maybe Grosicki, then the (alleged) debt falls to around £25 million and the club then becomes sufficiently attractive to finally allow the sale they (allegedly) want and we want.
Lot's of alleged's in there.
But no reason to disbelieve any of it. After all, the Allams are men of their word, and they never, ever go back on their word. :emoticon-0138-think.

If they don’t sell anyone and invest in the team, the club will be worth more and more attractive to buyers, therefore more likely to be sold sooner.
