Heres hoping substantial cash from sales is reinvested, also always liked assembalonga , you never know we could well use the hernandez cash and make a bid

just read the first payment could be £47m, couple with potential sales we could get £30m on too as well as 3.8m prize money from last season, obviously players wages for next season will eat a chunk but we could have alot left for strong signings iffffff the allams are serious about promotion

Parachute first installment plus player sales and prize money should net us £80m
Wonder what our wage bill is minus all the loan lads and after relegation clauses

Dunno how accurate this is but apparntly our squads wag

Our wage bill last time we was in the Champ was 30 million. Ehab, if he is to be believed, has already said we have budgeted the same this time around.

They're nonsense.

He plays for Brentford. Done it in non-league for years, stepped up to the league and has done well. Deserves a chance to get to the Premier League.

He'll get that if he stays with us for another year! But could easily step up direct to the Premier League. As good, if not better than Alfie Mawson at Swansea who left us from the youth team for Barnsley because he wasn't going to get games. Weakness would be exposure to PL forward pace.

Our wage bill last time we was in the Champ was 30 million. Ehab, if he is to be believed, has already said we have budgeted the same this time around.

He said the budget would be very similar to the 2 previous promotion campaigns.

Which means if we do sell the players we expect for the fees reported, the club will gave a large chuck of cash to repay some debt back to Allamhouse.

Which ultimately means the Allams can reduce the asking price for the club.

. Looking down the list of released players at Reading, former City youth Harry Cardwell has been released along with Aaron Kuhl, an England U20's international. The latter was tipped for great things, wonder what the problem was (aside from his daft haircut. Not sure his dad would have approved).

Confused....Wasn't Cardwell on loan at Braintree town from Reading, then signed for Brighton&Hove Albion in January
Taken from Brighton website: New Brighton & Hove Albion under-23 striker Harry Cardwell hailed the impressive set-up at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, and expressed his desire to impress after signing from Reading.

Harry Senior was a decent player who maybe should have made the grade with City.

He must have signed a pre contract deal.

Always rated this lad, bit strange Chelsea let him go.

I can see Chelsea shifting a lot on this summer, Conte doesn't like a big squad.

Will be interesting to see how they do in the UCL next season, nobody ever mentions here his terrible record in Europe. Juve have done immeasurably better since he left.
