This guy has been bleating on about Hooper going for weeks, basing all his credibility on the fact that he called that Fer would leave (based on that we could all be considered ITK) he tweeted they he would give £50 to anyone who retweeted if Hooper was still at the club come september 2nd and McNally is one of the people to have retweeted it. Not actually sure he knows anything think he's just a Kid keeping himself entertained.
Not sure if it's been mentioned but Conor McGrandles could be incoming...if you believe sky journos. Falkirk youngster with bag full of tricks by all accounts...
Young winger by the looks of things, but with 4 assists in 5 games so far this season, perhaps he does have an end product! Also played centrally at times in both an attacking and defensive midfield role, so hopefully a well rounded player. That or Falkirk got really desperate last season!
You'd think Holt will know him well though, and the chance to link up with him again should help us sign him over any other championship sides. Wouldn't be adverse to him coming in at all.
Could be an exciting final few days of the window if we add McGrandles and Odjida-Ofoe. If we can manage to ship out at least one of Bunn, Becchio and Bassong too, whilst holding on to everyone else, then I'll consider it a pretty decent transfer window.
I think if we can't sell Bunn, Becchio or Bassong. Then we should look at 3 month loans for them. If nothing else in Becchio & Bassongs case to get them away from the club in order to maintain what appears to be an excellant team spirit.
Posted the below on another thread about a week ago and nothing that has happened since has change my mind. So I think Hooper & Redmond will only go if they say they don't want to stay and McNally can get a good deal for them. I'm hopeful that we won't lose anyone else other than Bunn, Becchio or Bassong.
The sooner we move Bassong & Bechio on the better. I like Adams philosphy which seems to be
1) You either want to be a city player or not. If not then I'll get rid of you.
2) If you are a city player you have to be willing to work your balls off and have a positive attitude.
3) If you have a poor attitude, don't want to work and we can't get rid of you. I'll keep you as far away from the 1st team as possible, so you don't disrupt the team spirit.

The team spirit which was so obviously lacking under CH's tenure - especially during his last few games in charge; seems to be back in abundance!!!
Loan rumour time...
Frederik Sorensen, gigantic young Juventus CB. He trained at their academy and after a couple of years away has just returned this summer. They seem to be looking for him to get more first team experience.

I was just thinking that a loan CB would be an excellent solution to our problem, as realistically, it will be November at least before R Bennett is back to full fitness.
Possibly not a loan, Leeds actually agreed a fee for a permanent transfer yet he decided against the move.
Pretty sure Leeds were trying to get him on loan, given that Juventus bought him on a permanent last month
EDIT: Juventus exercised their option to buy the other half in shared ownership
They paid off the half owned by bologna for him, if they sell him for a profit they get full amount.

Unless they're going to part with big money, I very much doubt this is anything other than a rush on betting
Apparently the main issue between Pulis and the Palace Chairman was over money so I doubt they'll suddenly be shelling out the big money we would demand for probably our best striker.
If Neil Lennon had got the job that would make more sense, but he didn't and therefore it doesn't.
I can't see Gradel in their squad list .According to Wiki, he's signed for Bournemouth!
