Surely if we expect Ruddy to leave we must be expecting someone to lay out some serious money for him seeing as he says he's happy to stay.
 
In other words there's nothing in it but our scouts have a list of candidates ready just in case.

I was thinking that Fulham might be the best bet. Derby would struggle to bid £5m, IMO.

As for Snodgrass, Adams obviously wants to keep him, but he also wants more pace in the City attack (another reason why I think we aren't going for McCormack). Should City go 4-3-3, Redmond, Hooper and Grabban could make a fearsome front-line! Deeney would be a more likely signing up front.
