Halfless ****wits!? I very much have a half.....two infact

"police visited Branislav Ivanovic at home last night regarding the Suarez bite after receiving complaints from the public"

From the Daily Mail.
Christ!! What is wrong with people, just let the FA deal with it, Ivan was the one bitten, if he wants to get the police involved then its up to him.
Who sits there watching a game on TV and sees something like that and thinks, "I'll ring the police". I know its was a stupid thing he did but come on man!!

FFS Morons.

It is getting to a point where it is what do we want more:

1.) Club reputation

2.) Points

One of the things that drove this armchair, plastic, glory hunting 90's fan to follow LFC was the club ethos and philosophy of how they play. I think there will be a fine, ban (obviously) but also think there has been a quiet word to Suarez , " You have taken us through a racism case, giving the middle finger to fulham, dealing with punching gonzalo jara ( international), and biting (again) a player..... what will it take? Last chance saloon"

It is a tough one but I think Suarez needs a long long hard look in the mirror. When your wife is threatening to not come to any more games due to your antics, something is wrong.......... and then you go bite someone.

The real worry for Liverpool must be that with this type of behaviour on the pitch they will not attract the Plastics and Armchair fans, not having these types of fans adding revenue to your club will take you to a mid table team faster than changing a striker. About 10 of my friends who support liverpool give up on them today, thats less shirts sold and less people at the stadiums or watching them on sky.

As much as we all love his skills as a player I'm amazed at the ridiculous level of support he's getting from some of you lot. It seems one man can become bigger than the club.

We've a right to make our own decisions, you have yours Billy, **** am I gonna let you give me mine, bigger than the club,? Bollox mate, leave your moany moral baggage at home

I see no reason to get into the rights and wrongs of yesterday as there's really nothing to defend..."aaaw but he's misunderstood" <wah> no he ****ing isn't misunderstood... this guys got mental issues. There's no misunderstanding.

Again, your opinion, nicely done from your sofa, become an athlete at the top of your sport and I've give a little more credit to your whinging

"Aaaw but such and such has done bad things before" <wah> so what? Did you excuse Diouf for spitting because Rijkard did it too?

No, but footballers will always get up to such ****, they can't go punching each other about the place so they resort to that ****, it's been happening since pro football began.

What pisses me off most about yesterday isn't the bad press or the fact we might sell him its the fact that todays headlines should have been about our support and tribute to Anne Williams. Instead Suarez has given the media very good reason not to even give Anne a passing mention. THAT is what his actions yesterday have cost more than anything else.

Like he went out with that intent!! it was a spit second frustration thing and yes you are a beacon of truth honesty and dignity for all of humanity, and blame Suarez for what the media choose to print based on WHAT PEOPLE WANT TO ****ING READ, blaming Suarez for the consumers elevation of crap bollox media content is deluded in the extreme.

Defend him all you like but for me that's unforgivable.

I reiterate the media print what sells, that's the consumers fault, but not it seems it is Suarez' fault, you are a consumer, in essence we are more to blame for the media than Suarez

ye all need to stop giving a ****, no other club gets rid of their best players unless they fall out with the manager or team.

We're a better side with him end of, any side would be better with him in it.

This event might make it more likely that he stays this summer, as he's soiled goods with yet another blemish on his already **** stained CV

You haven't a clue you fktard, he did it in Holland and still moved to the PL, do you read your own bollox?

Signing for the bitters would be a s **** stain on his CV<ok>

I say it again: other leagues don''t see cheating as the heinous crime the British do. Hell, the French suspended an investigation into Ribery soliciting an under-age prostitute so he could play in the World Cup. All this will do is drive the price down because other clubs will know the Yanks are PR-sensitive so this could be the last straw.

But the British only see non brits as cheats too in their own leagues.

Normally, retrospective punishment cannot be administered if the ref saw the incident. However this is a trial by media I'm afraid. Even if he did, the FA will still act and ban him mainly due to media/public reaction.

He will be punished and rightfully so but some of the comments from the media are terrible - especially Sky. I thought someone had died on the pitch the way Ed Chamberlain reviewed the match.

The club should punish him for the negative publicity on the club its self.

And move on

BB's arse is bleeding with anticipation we'll get rid, just like Fergie and every other **** that can't stand it that we have a better player than any of theirs

The players Fergie has defended. Rooney Giggs Scholes Keane Ferdy Cantona to name but a few

Do I think we should sell Suarez - No.

Can I see the board wanting to sell him? - Possibly. However, even if they do, then don't accept a cut price for him. £30m? You're having a laugh. If we are going to sell him, get £50m+ for him. There are a lot of teams who want him.

Well I'll be at most of those games and I won't be singing his name <ok> yesterday should have been about spreading the word worldwide about the amazing efforts and strength of Anne Williams. Instead we have the world discussing his lunatic antics AGAIN.

**** off Billy you broken record, no doubt someone posted this topic to you as an angle to get at to get at you and you've taken up the banner, <doh> Blame suarez for the ****tiest media on the planet why don't you, a media you subscribe to<doh>

Halfless means without one half, as in half ass argument, get it, duhhh. Frank n Beans<ok>

That's not bringing it on<laugh>

LOL I had just never heard that expression before is all. :)
I dont necessarily disagree with alot of the stuff on here.
I disagree with people deflecting his behaviour by pointing out other ****. Thats pretty childish and is a sign of a desperate "Defend by attacking" tactic.
But I do disagree that Liverpool should get rid of him. He should be staunchly punished, made to have counselling then everyone should move on with Suarez told by Liverpool that future conduct of this ilk wont be tolerated, he is in England now, not Uruguay.

I am looking at it from Liverpool fans perspective, if Drogba had done this a few years back, I wouldnt have wanted rid of him.
Chelsea did sack a player for his conduct once, Adrian Mutu, but that was drug related. Suarez just needs sorting. He should have one more chance imo.

Agreed - a strong manager will stand by his players if it's in the best interests of the team. Suarez is our best player - he's not immune to criticism and he should be banned, but selling him is not the right answer.

Well said <ok>

Reasons why liverpool should keep Suarez:

1. He's your best player and you would not finish as high as you do in the table without him

.

But according to Billy, this is all Suarez' fault, the state of the media that is, and only self immolation will sate their need for reprise with some nice pics of Suarez gutting himself in the middle of the pitch ala Seppuku with Stevie chopping his head off at the end.

Billy is making out that in that split second where ivanovic held up Suarez and Luis got frustrated and did something stupid, that he should in that second thought of Anne, god bless her soul, that he should have thought that, pure balls I'm afraid.

And yes we have made sky, make the rags we buy then we read their websites.

Yes, Eric is thick as ****<ok>

If Billy wants to turn on Suarez fine but blaming him for **** that ain't his fault? no, and to moan about it on multiple threads, yeah, broken record.

And for you to agree with him when he's turning on a Liverpool player, yeah no surprise, you twat
