Well if the ref says he saw it that should be an end to it, i might be wrong but i think that has been used just a few times

It wasn't the same as the incident today, different actions different context
 
The FA will throw the book at him because of who he is not for what he's done. They did it over evra and they will do it now. I am not defending him,it is indefensible but if anyone else did it then it would be slap on the wrist and forget about it but I reckon he will get a 5 game ban minimum.

Souness' reaction was how many of us fans feel, he looked genuinely sick. The Suarez debacle last season and how it was handled was probably a big reason why the King lost the job. For Suarez to do something like this is extremely stupid and selfish. He may as well have flipped the club and the fans the bird.
