When opinion is presented as fact and facts are misrepresented then it is quite clear that the person making those mis-statements is acting foolishly. When that foolishness is made clear to you but you still persist then the descriptor of FOOL is well applied to you.

 

You're probably right as to how it came about, but look at this headline and the first bullet point underneath.

It bears little relationship to the quote in the text, but it's the headline that people read and the message sinks in, regardless of the veracity.

 

I agree. The papers as normal playing silly games. No doubt even if Cameron appeared on TV and put the record straight, a great many people would still believe the original headlines.

If we are took reflect upon my academic awards then diplomas do not go nearly high enough.

Just read 'battle of Evra's rubber forearm' & my two penneth is that someone deliberately took that to the ground, hoping for exactly that opportunity & reaction & they got it. Evra was daft with hindsight, but he was celebrating a championship win in fairness, no big deal imo.

 

I thought it was sort of funny but don't know why he bothered though when they had just won the title.

If I'm a failure of the education system having left state school with with good results then a levels in economics and chemistry then university to do business studies, to then work my ass off for 12 years and now own my own business is deemed a failure then so be it.
