The referee, linesmen, his own team-mates and the tv cameras dont tally with Evras claim.

As has been said before, the referee and linesmen were too far away to confirm either Evra's claim or Suarez'.

And if the TV footage was in any way conclusive, one of the tabloids would have been all over it by now with their "exclusive" story of who was right and who was wrong.

All this just adds to my belief that the FA is going to end up saying all the evidence is inconclusive and nothing will happen to anyone. Tho' Evra may get fined for talking to Canal+ before the FA had a chance to investigate.

Evras been in bust ups with players before and never claimed he was racially abused.

He has however in the suarez case.

Strange tbh. I see no benefit for evra by doing this except the fact he was deeply offended. If you can think of a reason, considering the risk to evra here aswell then let me know.

"he said it at least ten times",did he?.

So Saurez waited until he was far enough away from the linesmen, ref, utd supporters, united bench and out of sight of the many tv cameras around the ground before saying it.

<laugh>

He's a ****.

After the Chelsea incident, Evra asked for a personal hearing. It was reported that at the hearing he claimed he was provoked by the linesman Bethell.

What could have caused the altercation with the linesman other than the racist comments he is supposed to have said to Evra? If Evra later claimed he didn't hear Bethell make any racist comments, then what was he reacting to? Why did he strike out at Bethell?

Neither has Suarez ever been accused of making racist remarks by any other player so why should he have done so on this occassion.

As for the Liverpool employee who you want sacked then answer me this. The complaint was made post match and not on the pitch. The complaint was either approved or condoned by some United official. If the FA find that there is inconclusive evidence or that the complaint was wrong/malicious then should that United official be sacked?

I totally agree with you.

Its pretty easy to say something to someone and not be heard by anyone else you know.

I mean come on, people dont go round shouting at each other do they?

Add 40000+ fans into the mix and you tell me how easy it would be to hear a player say anything unless he projected it or was stood right next to you.

But you don't make an OFFICIAL complaint unless you have the evidence to prove it.

It was Evra that said "There are cameras, you can see him,” the left back said. ”He says a certain word to me at least ten times. I was very upset. In 2011 you can’t say things like this".

Let's hope he shows everyone these mythical camera shots, eh?

first off this thread is a disgrace really seeing as one or two guys (from btoh sides) calmly and rationally set out a few point but the side taking is just silly.

second as a joke..... seeing this thread is good for nothing lese.... evra was in suarez's pocket all game so i can see how nobody heard anything.

there.... leave the rightd and wrongs to the Fa who've a duty of care to the long running rascim campaign to get this one right.

Its funny how my belief that a dirty, cheating, violent scumbag like Suarez is probably guilty of uttering racist remarks is biased and opinionated because of a lack of evidence.

But Liverpool fans are more than happy to claim Suarez is a saint who is obviously innocent and Evra a nasty lair.... despite a lack of any evidence.

I'll admit im biased against Suarez, he's a reprehensible person. Would any LFC fans like to stand up and admit their only defending him because he happens to play for LFC and its against united? thought not.

This whole innocent till proven guilty thing comes in handy in a court of law. But its not infallible and im 100% certain he won't be found "innocent", at best it will be "unproven" which are worlds apart.

Evra's just lucky he didn't bite him! Coulda been done for attempted murder with that overbite. Seriously what kind of adult bites someone?

What kind of adult would come with bollox like that and expect to be taken seriously?

This is the biggest non-story now still running.

If there was definitive proof, the tabs would've splashed it... Suarez may not be an angel, but there has not been any proof held up to corroborate the accusation.

Evra has previously made accusations of racism which have not been proved. In this case it appears that instead of complaining when it happened, he seems to have waited until after the match. Anyone know why?

Maybe I'm wrong but did he really?

Because he's got deep seeded issues about racism as he claims his home country think hes a 'monkey and a slave to the white man'.

Probably an issue he needs to address with a psychologist rather than the F.A.
