What are you talking about? All Liverpool would have to do is to make a request to the FA that they investigate Arsenal's actions. The FA are then duty bound to make enquiries and if they are satisfied that there is enough evidence then they will initiate a hearing with regard to specific charges. It would be for Arsenal to defend themselves.
It would be for Arsenal to defend themselves assuming your right in your assumptions about what has happened.
Also asking the FA to look into it and taking the club to court are different things. I was arguing that neither club would want it to end up in a long court battle. I wasn't arguing that no complaint would be made at all.
Arsenal fans must be crazy. Why do you want Suarez? Granted he's a great player but he's also a total nightmare. If he goes to Arsenal and they don't get CL next year (and to all the Arsenal fans, yes there is a chance you wont) this will all be repeated next year, he's not going to be happy until he's at Real or Barca and you wont be able to get much more than you'll be paying this summer.
Also how long will it be until he declares he wants to leave in order to win things (8 years Arsenal fans), cause he's not going to catapult you to winning the league or CL this year, a year, two maybe? Again how much do you think you'll get for him.
And then what are the chances he'll do something stupid and get banned again, 3 long bans in the last 3 years. Meaning his value is never going to be as high as it should be.
We took a risk on him at the time, cause we needed to and he was relativity cheap (now we see why) and how many times has it come back to bite us. Do Arsenal fans really want that?
I don't care anymore if Suarez stays, best if we get the money, but it should not be to Arsenal a potential rival.

I guess its true, "he's a ****, but he's our ****". How many Arsenal fans were attacking Liverpool for defending him and Suarez over the things that have happened?
Trust me, if you don't win the league in 2years then he'll be off and he'll have a contract clause that let him go for barely more than you paid for him, his agent will to see to that.
Best to get him out of the country to Spain.

Arsenal want Suarez out of one reason...desperation. Is Suarez really a player in the Arsenal tradition, no not at all. Real aren't desperate because they've won things recently and could still with their squad, hence the lack of interest. Unfortunately that leaves us in a difficult situation.
The racism thing is easily shrugged off as a cultural thing for me. I used to work with a lot of south americans and i play in a football team where half the team are south american. The whole racism thing is very different for them and they use words we would deem racist without any negative meaning. I'm not saying that is or isnt what happened but i can understand that being being acase of blowing something out of proportion. I think with the racism issue being in the limelight at the time he was made an example of.
Biting and diving etc is due to his competitive nature but particularly the biting is not on. He won't be getting defended by me if he starts taking bits out of our opponents. (Unless its stoke
). And if we get 2 seasons out of him with goal/assist returns like he has had with liverpool then i won't mind us selling him on for just more than we paid for him. We know he wants to end up at Madrid and that isn't an issue as long as we go into it knowing that. We need a top striker for right now and there aren't that many in the market that are available. He would fill a gap and give us time to find other striking options over the next 2-3 seasons.
As long as we are prepared for the situation of him wanting to leave if we don't achieve our aims (e.g. a clause that if we dont xyz he can be sold for £xm or similar) then i don't mind him comming to Arsenal at all.
I don't think it would be that soon, but i agree if we don't manage to win some major silverware then after a couple of seasons he'd be looking to make the next move up.
There where rumours that Wenger and the board had some sort of disagreement about Suarez and possibly how much they would pay for him. But nothing confirmed and not sure how reliable the source was, it didn't make much of a noise when it came out so not sure if there is any truth in it.
Just remember your fans saying it was from a reliable ITK, and it doesn't feel like a Wenger signing at all, far too expensive for starters! Wenger would prefer to get 8 5mil French signings rather than 1 40 mil signing
Yeh moneywise i can see Wenger having issues with the high fee and the board maybe putting pressure on him to pursue it.
For asking this question (which was genuine question during a conversation with a poster on here) astro has once again given me negative rep, this time saying it was libel. It's silly that posters from other boards have to worry about posting on your board for fear of going into the red. Half my rep gone in one go - at least this time he didn't wipe me out.
