The 'case' should have been stopped as soon as Evra's written testimony was received by the FA. He complained of being called a N....r. However, we are led to believe that his written testimony says that he was mistaken and that he was called BLACK. Between the 2 is as much difference as me saying "He HIT me" and then changing the claim to "He touched me".
Evra initiated the "verbals" in Spanish. It is his own stupidity in not being proficient in either Castillian Spanish or Latino Spanish. I know a little Russian but far too little to get into an argument with a Russian. YET, he is allowed to place his own interpretation of what was said in a language he obviously does not understand.
The 'experts' in Spanish the FA report leads us to believe contradict themselves in their advice. Neither is from Uruagay and do not claim expertise in usage in that country. As we have seen above that could be highly pertinent. It is not uncommon in Liverpool for the use of the term 'get' to be used both insultingly and affectionately. When my wife first heard me use the term (she is from Yorkshire) she was appalled -even though I used it affectionately.
There are just too many inconsistencies detailed in the report presented as the basis for the decision on the grounds of probability to stand unchallenged.

As I pointed out, there are several glaring inconsistencies in the manner in which Suarez and Evra were treated when providing their evidence, there is previous precedent for punishment, and another inconsistency between how the panel said they were viewing evidence, and how they carried out their investigation.
Of there points, you have addressed none, and simply tried to deflect by saying "judgement made, you should stop embarrassing yourselves and accept this."
Consequently, you are treated with derision and abuse. So kindly address or stop taking up valuable bandwidth...

If you look at my previous posts, I said there have been inconsistencies in this whole process and that to me the commission has been far from perfect. But people are not seeing the wood for the trees. The point is that even IF your points are valid they won't make any difference. You may well cry and scream blue murder. The commision has sat and delivered its verdict.
I cannot see the club going to a higher court to overturn that verdict. Either you appeal in which case I cannot see the FA ruling in your favour or you accept the verdict and eat HUMBLE pie and apologise to Evra.
